What We Collect
Until further notice, the Writers Guild Foundation is accepting donations of children's books only.

Who Benefits
We donate the collected books to needy organizations in the local community: public libraries, schools, shelters, and non-profit literacy organizations.

The Jacklyn Birthday Project
Children's books represent our greatest need, and Jacklyn, our youngest-ever Foundation Book Drive donor (at 4-years-old), inspired a new element of our book drive initiative. Other children are invited to follow in Jacklyn's footsteps, asking friends to consider the option of purchasing a new children's book in lieu of a birthday gift, to be donated to less fortunate local youth.
